Making those changes it seems to be working once again. I will need to test but I had to both (RE-)disable Game Mode and ensure the toolbar overlay service was stopped as well. And, unfortunately, the new build has broken all the prior CE tables including the previously-still-working-until-now BL2 tables from Technojacker. With the out for Borderlands 2 the base game version has been updated to 1.0.228.55487 (Content Build 3902911 on Steam).
